Restorative Aerial Yoga + Sound Bath

Get ready to unwind and stretch in the most relaxing way possible – with our restorative aerial yoga class. Join us for a low-flow, gentle yoga practice in a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for all levels. While our weekly aerial yoga class has more dynamic movements and transitions, the goal of this class is to unwind, recenter, and recharge through the use of slow, gentle movements and poses that are held for longer periods of time. The aerial silks are used to support the body and create a feeling of weightlessness, which can help relieve tension and improve flexibility. After your hour class Liz of the Healing Hearth will provide a 30-min sound bath for your relaxation. Feel free to enjoy your sound bath from inside the hammock or from the ground.
